Michelle talks about her work: 

"Blending my early background in the basics of interior design with my love of creating stories of fantasy and mystery.  I have selected the art of glass working to turn my design into a finished piece of art.

Result: "If you can dream it, You can do it."

My initial interest was in Interior Design. After taking several courses at a local college, I decided to put emphasis on woodworking. It was very appealing for quite some time. Refinishing, carving, sanding and staining were very fascinating . Eventually  I moved on to the art of bamboo. Even today it is one of the most intriguing things to work with. I will always have a love for bamboo.

However, the day I was introduced to glass was a new experience. Not only was it a step up but a whole new level of art. In the most recent months I am grateful  to say, I  am currently showing my work in numerous galleries in Central Florida. It is with great honor to say, my artwork has been juried in to my hometown Museum.

I am an active member of Florida Craftsmen, National Museum of Women in the Arts,  De Land  Museum and Ormond Museum. The only things more important than my art, are my two beautiful girls, Jaime and Cassidy."
